Railwire broadband is owned by RailTel Corporation of India Limited under the Government of India. Speeds are awesome & available in almost all areas. Railwire plans are based on FUP also they have unlimited plans. Just before applying go through the list of plans available on their website based on your location.

   > Plans Price: Ok. It's Affordable.


   > Speeds Offered: High with FUP. ( From 10 Mbps up to 300 Mbps based on plans you choose). After FUP speed reduces to 1Mbps.

2. JioFiber.


Jio Giga Fiber is owned by Jio. It also provides a setup box for TV along with a landline facility based on whatever broadband plans you choose while setup. It is still not available in some inside areas but available in most of the town areas. Speeds are awesome, but currently, upload speeds are reduced other than that upload speeds are awesome. Jio plans are also FUP based up to certain limits you will get high speed then your speed drops.

    > Plans Price: Ok & very much affordable.


    > Speed Offered: Excellent with FUP. ( From 100 Mbps up to 1 Gbps based on plans you choose ).  After FUP speed reduces to 1Mbps.

3. BSNL.


BSNL stands for Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited which is an old internet service provider owned by the Government of India. It provides Landline broadband, Wi-Max & Fiber Broadband. BSNL plans are unlimited but have data caps & plan prices are location specific.


     > Service Type: Good. 

     > Plans Price: Ok but not great compared to Jio Fiber & Rail Wire.


    > Speed Offered: Average with low FUP. ( From 10 Mbps up to 50 Mbps ). After FUP speed reduces to 2 Mbps.

4. Wis Tech.


Wis Tech is a new broadband service provider that provides efficient broadband connectivity with a good amount of speeds available in Tinsukia. Wis Tech Tinsukia provides unlimited plans & commercial plans for SME. The availability of certain plans are location specific.

    > Plans Price: Average but not worth with the speed they are offering.


    > Speed Offered: Low but no FUP. At night speed gets doubled.

Geenet is the fastest reliable internet service provider. Plans & prices are still not known as this service provider is new & not well known.


    > Plans Price: Ok but high compared to above broadband providers but it has 3 varieties: Unlimited plans, FUP plans & limited plans.


    > Speed Offered: In case of unlimited plans ( From 10 Mbps to 60 Mbps ), For FUP plans ( From 10 Mbps to  100 Mbps ), For limited plan ( From 55 Mbps to 100 Mbps ).
